Club Facilities
Old Owen’s Association and Sports Club Limited at Coopers Lane, Potters Bar, EN6 4NF is a private members Club set in 13 acres of ground with 4 football pitches, 2 cricket squares and a hard court area. Parking is available for around 100 cars.
The Club building has bar areas, changing rooms with shower facilities for the various sports together with Ladies and Gents toilets. There is a Patio at the front of the building consisting of a paved area with seating offering fine views across the playing areas. The Patio also boasts a permanent Barbecue area which is well utilized in the summer months.
The Bar area is equipped with Television screens showing terrestrial programs and live Sporting events on SKY and BT. The bar is proudly run by friendly and welcoming staff serving a wide variety of drinks.

The Main Hall
A room that is approximately 700 sq. ft. of floor space that can comfortably accommodate 120 people. .The large windows allow plenty of natural daylight and a clear view of the car park. This room is available for hire for all types of Parties and Corporate Events.
The Chandos Bar
The Main Club Bar and Lounge above, offers a scenic view of the cricket and football pitches (see below). This room has a wood burning fire that is lit during the winter months and is surrounded by sofas where one can relax in the warmth whilst drinking and chatting.
The Les Williamson Suite
Above, ‘The Les Williamson Suite’ a cozy, soft furnished room suitable for meetings or small private parties that can hold between 25 to 40 people.
CLUB ACTIVITIES
The Club regularly host gourmet and entertainment evenings. Whether it’s for a quiet drink, a snack or a proper meal we invite people to come and visit our peaceful and safe family environment and to enjoy our facilities.
The quality and value of our catering is well in keeping with the Old Owen’s tradition. Our Chef has created a menu with hearty favourites, homemade specials and a varied kid’s menu. We will aim to meet your requirements precisely.
We also have a THAI FOOD MENU & TAKEAWAY which is available Thurs to Sat from 5 pm – 10 pm (see website www.oldowensthai.co.uk).
To compliment your meal we have an extensive and well priced wine list consisting of wines such as Merlot, Pinot, Rosé, Sauvignon, plus Champagne and Cava.
The draught beers on offer are Fosters, Kronenbourg, Amstel, Cloudy Apple, Guinness, Deuchars and Over the Bar. There are various bottled beers, spirits, soft drinks and bar snacks also on offer.
