6. Financial report and presentation of accounts.

7. In accordance with section 32 of the Articles of Association one-third of directors must retire from office. According to the schedule this will be: – Paul Kennedy, Ken Rowswell and Vincent Tanner. 

8. Re-appointment of directors:- Ian Breeze, Paul Kennedy, William Hamilton-Hinds, Richard Hattrell, Tim Lane, Ken Rowswell, Sally Tanner, Vincent Tanner.
