   • Please look at attached AGM notices and approve or make changes and let Linda Linwood ( linwoodl@damealiceowens.herts.sch.uk) asap so that these can be sent out. Also need to send out Newsletter with AGM notices. Who writes this and how soon can it be sent to Linda? Who is going to decide on agenda for the two AGMs and the directors meeting?
