Keith Saunders “HORSE” Celebration of Life – 15th November 2024

Old Owen’s Cricket Club will have a gathering to celebrate the life of Keith Saunders aka “HORSE” who passed away on 19th July 2024 at home. The venue will be Old Owens Sports Ground, Coopers Lane, Potters Bar, EN6 4NF on Friday 14th November 2024 from 7 pm onwards. 

Keith attended Dame Alice Owens School in Potters Bar and played Football and Cricket for Old Owen’s where he eventually ended up as a scorer for the 1st XI Cricket team and a referee for Football mainly the Vets teams.

Everyone who encountered ‘Horse’ described him as a ‘character’, very funny and with a wonderful array of words and sayings.

The Cricket Club are looking forward to celebrating his life on the night.
